Judge Hartford Victor Bucks
Judge Hartford Victor Bucks was born in the Connexion Republic, and would marry Barbara Piers, having several children. He would also serve as adoptive father for Vidar Amadeus Deerlord (whom he renamed Judge V. Bucks after himself) until his death at the hands of Blythe Ursin in the Kingdom of Arcadia.
He was named after former President George Herbert Walker Bush.
