Anna Ricard was a controversial Stellasoluman politician who would rise to the Republic's presidency as a result of her charisma and vast promises for the nation's people, succeeding Willard Clement. During her reign, she disagreed heavily with Supreme General Judge Hartford Victor Bucks, and would ultimately stage a conspiracy to dispose of him by feigning her own kidnapping by the Kingdom of Arcadia and luring the Supreme General to its capital, Feeblestone, where he met his demise at the hands of King Blythe Ursin, one of the Seven Satans of the Holy Kingdom of Niflheim. The people of Stellasolum, as well as the Parliament of Stellasolum, ultimately discovered the conspiracy, and would give Ricard a resounding vote of no confidence after the following election. Ricard was succeeded by Judge V. Bucks, a hero of the Arcadian Liberation War and son of the late Supreme General Judge H.V. Bucks.
She was named after late Texas Governor Anne Richards.
